What you are buying

One BFCM Email Sprint, which is:

• 12 campaign emails — subject line, alternate subject line, preview text, body copy, call-to-action, and a design note for each.
• 3 automated flows — abandoned cart, welcome, and post-purchase — at 3 emails each, with trigger timing and exit conditions.
• A send calendar with dates, times, and segments.
• One revision round.

Everything is delivered as written copy in a document you can read, print, and paste into your email platform. We do not build, load, schedule, or send your emails, and we do not design templates or produce images. Loading and QA is available as a paid add-on.

The 72-hour clock

The clock starts when your completed intake form reaches us, not when you pay. If your intake is missing required answers, the clock starts when you supply them. We will tell you in writing when the clock started and when your suite is due.

Refunds

• Late delivery: if your suite arrives after the 72-hour deadline, email us and we refund 100%. You keep the work.
• Before you submit the intake: full refund, no questions, for any reason.
• After delivery: the work is custom-written and cannot be returned, so we do not refund a delivered suite that arrived on time. Use the revision round — that is what it is for. If the revision does not fix it, write to us and we will work it out; we would rather settle it than argue about it.

Your revision round

One round, requested within 14 days of delivery, turned around within 48 hours. A round means a consolidated set of notes on the suite as delivered. Changing your offer, your sale dates, or your product lineup after we have written to the intake is a new brief, not a revision — we will quote it, and it is usually small.

How the copy is written

We use AI, working from your intake, under human direction and human review. Every suite is read end to end by a person before it reaches you. We say this plainly because you should know what you are paying for: strategy and finished copy, produced fast.

We write only claims your intake supports. Anything requiring a number or fact we do not have arrives as a clearly marked placeholder for you to fill in. You are responsible for verifying claims about your own products, prices, shipping dates, and any regulated category you sell in before you send.

Your material and your rights

Everything you send us stays yours. On full payment, the copy we deliver becomes yours outright, to use, edit, and reuse however you like, with no attribution required.

We may describe the kind of work we do in general terms, but we will not name you, quote you, or show your copy as an example without your written permission.

What we need from you

Accurate intake answers, and your revision notes inside 14 days. If we ask a clarifying question and hear nothing for 30 days, we will deliver against the intake as written and close the project.

Limits

We sell copy, not outcomes. Email performance depends on your list, your offer, your products, your prices, your deliverability, and when you send — most of which are yours to control. We do not guarantee revenue, open rates, click rates, or any other result, and we make no such promise anywhere on this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us.
